Effective leadership is critical to the smooth operation of all organizations and businesses. In this stream of the Specialized Honours BAS degree program, you will learn the principles of effective management that reflect the diverse scope and varied responsibility of modern management. You gain general knowledge in a variety of areas, including marketing, human resources management, financial management, strategic planning and general management practices from the perspective of small (including entrepreneurial), medium and large organizations/companies. Through in-class lectures, simulations and case studies, you obtain the required theoretical and practical knowledge that will make you successful in management and business.
