Description:

The executive Masters degree in Human Resources Management is designed to provide professional HRM specialists with the skills and credentials necessary to become senior-level professionals. Offered on a full time (one year) or part time ( two year) basis, the MHRM program was developed for the busy professional. The pedagogical activities include intensive executive seminars, interactive instructions delivered via WEB-based technologies and supervised independent research.
Students explore issues such as organizational change and development, strategic compensation, and
HR impact on employee and organizational performance. Guided by the expertise of internationally recognized professors and researchers, Master’s of HRM students will acquire the competencies, recognition and status that a graduate degree brings.
